You’ll lead by example—designing resilient microservices, shaping engineering best practices, and keeping systems that process billions of transactions running smoothly. What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance C# / .NET microservices in AWS

  • Create and document implementation patterns that guide multiple engineering teams

  • Drive architectural and cloud best‑practice discussions with client stakeholders

  • Champion engineering principles internally and externally, acting as a tech evangelist

  • Build robust RESTful APIs and ensure data integrity across relational and NoSQL databases

  • Apply BDD/TDD, unit testing, and automation to guarantee code quality

  • Optimize for concurrency, caching, and resiliency at scale

  • Collaborate directly with U.S. product and engineering teams in Agile ceremonies

  • Support continuous delivery and integration pipelines to keep deployments fast and reliable

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development

  • Deep expertise in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, and cloud‑native patterns

  • Hands‑on experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.) or other major clouds

  • Proven track record building RESTful APIs and distributed systems

  • Solid understanding of relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and non‑relational databases

  • Strong grasp of concurrency, resiliency, and caching strategies

  • Practice with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automated testing (TDD, BDD)

  • Upper‑intermediate or better English; comfortable leading technical conversations with U.S. teams

  • Curiosity for emerging tech and the ability to evaluate it quickly

Nice to Have

  • Experience with event‑driven architectures (Kafka, SNS/SQS)

  • Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS)

  • Familiarity with Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture

  • Exposure to IaC tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK

  • Background in performance tuning for high‑throughput systems
