Things you will be doing:
- Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Job Description Writing: Craft clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Recruitment Management: Track candidate status, manage templates, and maintain organized hiring processes.
- Candidate Engagement: Source, contact, and screen potential candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and interviewers.
- Team Coordination: Maintain effective communication with team members to align on profiles, deadlines, and recruitment priorities.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Is a current student or recent graduate (preferred).
- Is proficient in English.
- Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
- Is familiar with recruitment software tools (a plus).
- Has previous experience in a similar role (valued but not required).
