We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Design Lead to join our product team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the visual direction and design strategy across all aspects of our products, including marketing, social media, advertising, landing pages, dashboards, and UI/UX. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create compelling and cohesive visual experiences that align with our brand and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team in creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs for our product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and user needs
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across all design outputs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our design strategy as appropriate
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback from diverse stakeholders
• Experience with design systems and style guides, and the ability to create and maintain them
